The term “fogscapes” has been used by our clients to capture the various fog effects that are used within landscapes but it also represents the Koolfog’s product family and techniques specific to integrating fog within landscape elements and focal points such as rockscapes, hardscapes, ponds, and pools. Or, low lying fog throughout an expansive general landscape, throughout foliage or a background for lighting displays.

Fog not only adds aesthetic value, but also offers the practicality of outdoor cooling. Although fog nozzles produce a wide range of visual and artistic treatments using atomized water particles, the particles themselves still interact with the energy (heat) within the air in the same way that mist does in an adiabatic cooling system.
